Hidden Paradise Cabin  Long Pine, Nebraska

You are about to look at a Rustic Cabin and the surrounding scenic area that sits  along the bank of Beautiful Long Pine Creek, an all spring fed creek filled with Rainbow and Brown Trout, this is the only Stream in the State of Nebraska where Trout reproduce naturally. The waters are crystal clear and very cold. Tubing down Long Pine Creek is a favorite sport and very enjoyable on a hot summer day. Many pictures of the surrounding area are added from time to time.

This Cabin has been our escape from the normal stress in life for many years. My 3 Daughters Kristi, Melissa & Mindy and I have enjoyed many years of fun & memories here and I now bring my Grand Children Malorie age 13- Dawson age 11 -Jarrett age 7and my 3 year old Grand Son Dalton... I hope you enjoy this site as much as we do sharing it with you.

We have spent the past few years remodeling the Interior and Exterior of the Cabin. All new Cedar Log Siding was installed 2006.  Cedar Logs hug each side of the front and rear doorways as you will see in the photo's. All the Cedar is natural logs cut from local forests and milled to order from a local Saw Mill  located near Springview, Nebraska . We hired a local contractor Jarred Porter from Bassett, Nebraska for the installation and Jarred also completed most of the Interior remodeling as well which is finished in Cedar and Pine from the same Saw Mill. We recently installed a new Log Deck Railing with full Cedar Logs.  I have had many inquiries wanting to Rent this Cabin, Sorry, but we do not rent, this is strictly for our own use as well as Friends & Family. 

In Sept. of 2007 a new Roof was installed on the Cabin also.

 We call it " Our Lil Bit a Paradise " and that it is............ and the crystal clear, fresh cold stream that runs beside..
